Preparing for Your First Visit
When preparing for your first visit to our office, you do not need to be apprehensive about your appointment. Instead, simply make sure you have completed all the necessary patient paperwork beforehand as well as bring your dental insurance information. This will ensure that your check-in process goes smoothly and seamlessly, allowing us to get you into a treatment room without you having to wait.
Your First Visit
When you come in for your first visit with us at our Heath, Columbus, or Mt. Vernon office, you’ll always be greeted with a smile. Whether the visit is for you or your child, we’ll start by helping you organize your paperwork, and then we’ll take you on a short tour of the office where you’ll get to meet everyone. From there, we’ll take you to the back where Dr. Wigal or Dr. Kluemper will meet you and discuss the purpose of your appointment. From there, they’ll perform a thorough oral examination and discuss your treatment options. This appointment is all about you, so be sure to ask any questions you have. We want you to completely understand your care!
Once you feel that you understand everything our orthodontists have told you, you’ll have a chance to talk about your different financial options with our team. You’ll then be escorted to the front desk to check out and schedule your next appointment.
